Hey, I’m Clay

I’m the owner and licensed builder at Xpand Homes. I’ve been in the business of renovations for over 20 years. I know how to ask all the right questions to understand what you need from your bathroom. My experience means I’ve worked in houses, properties and homes of all shape, size and build. I know what works and what doesn’t. My qualifications and experience mean I’ve developed an expert eye for space and how to use it well.

We recognize home improvements can cause some worry and upheaval. To minimize this, at Xpand Homes we communicate with you at every stage of the renovation. We keep you up to date on progress, and we’re here to answer your questions anytime.

Safety first

Our team maintain a clean working space free from hazards. We clean up each day. And at the end of the renovation, we remove all packaging, debris and rubbish. We foster a mature safety culture and maintain our tools and equipment to the highest standard.

Bespoke Bathroom

We take a look at your home and bathroom as part of our quote. We assess each project individually and give you specific recommendations.

There is no ‘one size fits all,’ when it comes to your bathroom. Your bathroom is as unique as your home and your family. Beyond the basics of excellent tiling and plumbing, your bathroom has to be functional. It has to suit your needs. We’ll talk about how you use your bathroom and what you need.
